Runie’s eyes are normally a muted amber color. But it becomes bright when he sees something he considers a treasure. It can either be a yarn with a color he likes, Opal, or a pretty tree— honestly just anything he thinks is a treasure.
and Qiu realises hes considered Runie’s treasures when he sees his eyes brighten at him

Y'all, I haven't spoken here in a hot moment, but I never did say that I love that this was based on Oregon. ITS MY HOME TOWN<33 I love it when Oregon is used for its cute forest towns and countryside. {expect Portland, Portland sucks.}
So a little context. About 4 months ago I promised someone that I would draw three of my MC’s alongside the OC’s from my own story I’m writing which they are based on. Well I got done with the first panel, which was my OLNF characters very easily. But when I went to draw panel 2, I got art block. And that art block has stayed on this specific drawing for 4 months. It has literally haunted my dreams. But I am done, I forced myself through the art block and finished. It is rushed and it is sloppy and I gave up on finishing the background as I no longer care enough to fix it, this was torture. So here it is. In panel one from left to right you have Sin, Bacon, & Kayhryne. In panel two you have Chris, Ember, and Layla. Enjoy this hot mess Imma go lay down and recover.
i feel like there should be an option to say your colorblind and that ur alergick to some foods and i also think there should be scenes where u speak about the scars and how u get them or an option to get them later in the story
Those are really fun ideas! We appreciate you thinking about the game in such detail. Unfortunately, things like that are beyond the scope of what we can do. There are so many ways a scar could have happened, or so many different kinds of allergies, it would be impossible for us to account for even a meaningful fraction. But you can always headcanon whatever you like! Thank you so much for following.

The story, the v i b e s, I love it all definitely my absolute FAVORITE visual novel, it has so many extra and interactive bits and I go crazy for that stuff! Now I'll be over here replayin it and maybe fanarting, gl to you creator I'm reallyreallyREALLY excited for the full thing! :D

This wasn't just a game — it was a heartfelt, gentle, and beautiful journey that made me laugh, tear up, and reflect on my own memories of growing up. Every moment felt personal, every character felt like someone I could reach out and hold, and the warmth woven into every scene was like a soft embrace on a rainy day.
The writing is tender and thoughtful, the art is stunningly cozy, and the music made my heart feel full in ways I didn’t expect. But more than anything, the kindness behind every choice and interaction reminded me that it's okay to feel deeply, to be yourself, and to cherish the people who walk through life beside you.
