Thanks for reporting the issues. That is a rare bug, and unfortunately the only option to get them to stop being locked is to load a save from before Step 3 started and continue on again to it or to start a new file. We'll try to fix the problem so it doesn't happen again.
I've tried logging out and logging in but I still can't purchase the DLC with my card (got the same error while trying to buy other games as well ) :( maybe it's an itch.io issue?
Hi Hi~ I am totally patiently waiting, but is there an ETA for when backers will get their itch download code? (I did get my steam key, but I've played all the others via itch and I can't break tradition now, DARNIT)
You can use Butler on Itch to update the version you have, or if you don't use Butler you have to delete the whole folder and download it again. Your saves will remain even if you deleted the Our Life folder.
Is it just me or am I stuck in the purchasing screen? Maybe the servers are overloaded 😅 Strangely the status also says "In Development" and the platforms only say Android. Gosh dang it I wanna buy this but the site won't let me 😂

I need help guys. My "Hang" and "Errands" moments in Step 3 are locked or greyed out. I'm not sure how to unlock or use them, so any advice? :))

I'm afraid that's not something we're putting together currently or in the near future. Maybe at some point, though.
Only thing I can recommend to the people having issues is using PayPal instead. That works. Otherwise, idk what you can do.

It appears so. Paypal would be your best bet.
I've had issues on other sites where one payment method doesn't work (like paypal) but card does and vice-versa.

I'm on android. The pay with card screen wasn't loading for me, but I was able to pay through PayPal.
