hi! so sorry, do the dlcs come with steam keys? I don't use itch.io much and was hoping to move my bought dlcs over but i don't know if I'm able too because I can't find it. ANYWAYS amazing game, I've played so many times and finally bought the dlcs not long ago.
Technically yes! The DLCs from itch are independent rpa files that work on both the Steam and itch versions. You just have to download the free base game on Steam, and then move the DLC rpa files into the "game" folder of the Steam directory. You can find this by right clicking on the game in your library, clicking "Manage", and then "Browse Local Files". If you need more help getting it set up, just let me know!
Hello, I'm trying to download DLC 1 but there's an error (in both PayPal and Card),but for DLC 2&3 and Wedding is fine (I buy them before I created this account), can you please help?
Well i'm try to pay in PayPal but when I'm press "continue as guest".It goes "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". I'm confused because it work on the other 3 DLC and I'm already check my card and my signal and there all fine. I don't know what to do
When does this error pop up? When you're trying to pay for the DLC here on itch.io? Worst case, you can actually get the DLCs on Steam, and they will work for the itch version as well. But hopefully we can figure something out here.
hello, so I purchased Step 1,2,and 3 DLCs, and followed the instructions of putting the rpa files into my Our Life game folder. But when I try to run the game with any DLCs rpa file in the game folder it comes back with a popup that says
"I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
While running game code:
Exception: Could not load from archive DLC_Step_1/moment_selection_dlc1.rpyc."
If someone could please help me that would greatly appreciated!
If I buy the game will the locked chapters (on the summer break and every step) will unlocked??? I download the game but I only download the free one sooo I can't play the other ones that locked so I'm planning to buy it

I see the character DLCs available but id really Really love to play the step 1,2 and 3 DLCs. id get it on steam but unfortunately its not available for mac
The Steps 1-3 DLCs also work on Mac. The file you get when you access the download here on itch.io works on all of the different operating systems. If you need any help getting it set up, just let me know!

More than a week I'm still trying but it's still error and I'm using Android. I hope I can download it. I love this game

Sorry about that! Let me see if I can help. First, what version of the game are you using? It should be version 1.7.1.
I'm using the Windows version and it is 1.7.1
OK, thank you for clarifying that. Could you please send us a screenshot of what your "game" folder looks like? That might help us isolate the issue.
After the errors I removed all the dlcs rpa files
