Our Life: Step 3 DLC Launch!
The Step 3 DLC for Our Life: Beginnings & Always is officially out!
The day has finally come. Thank goodness. Spend even more time in the summer of young adulthood by doubling the amount of Moments available in Step 3.
This DLC will only work with Our Life Build 1.3 or higher. Please redownload the base game/other DLCs you own. There's also a brand new "night filter" included for the sprites in dark scenes. So if you load a save and the characters suddenly change tinting, that's why. It looks more natural now, we think!
We have a small sale going during launch week for all the DLCs and the soundtrack. Plus, there’s an Our Life Bundle where you can get all the stuff together for an even larger discount!
Features:
- Unlocks 5 new Moments: Reflection, Late Shift, Serendipity, Boating, and Happiness
- Includes new character sprite art, background locations, and 2 new CG images
- Provides even more options for adding custom qualities to your character. Does your protagonist work at a local restaurant, the old public library, down at the mall, or are they unemployed?
- Unlocks bonus scenes in the original Step 3 Moments and in the end of the game where what happened in these events is referenced and reflected on
- Increases the overall playtime by multiple hours

Hi, I am having an issue getting DLC 3 working. I bought and downloaded it, and opened it in my files, but it doesn't open and automatically extract when I click on the app file like the original Our Life file did, and I can't copy and paste the DLC file into the Our Life file. I redownloaded the game to make sure it's update 1.3 and I still can't access the dlc. I used a credit card instead of paypal, too. What do I do?
What system are you using? Android, Mac, or PC?

Oh my god...Reflection with all its feels. Seriously, I love this game. And I feel bad for yelling "Stranger Danger!" at Mr.Holden back in the day. xD (not really. it was funny)
But yeah...when you grow up and learn your parents are ppl to, who were trying their best. (at least...most good parents.)
Also with Serendipity...that is one way to get overprotective little brother Hunter riled up. xD Someone almost died. (And a certain Cove clone grew up kinda sexy. o.o)
Make sure you have the most recent version 1.3 of the base game. I had the same thing with the older version loaded.

Oooh... I also have the problem with paypal. I do not have a credit card. Is there another way?
Yeah sadly I can't buy the DCL with paypal even though I never had that problem with the previous DLCs. Hopefully you can fix that soon! Still excited about the release nonetheless
I think this is a problem between Itch and Paypal, unfortunately. I can't find a way for us to control Paypal payments for our account. But I did send a customer support message and we'll see what they say!
Ah well, sometimes the tech just doesn't want to work the way it is supposed to. Thank you for the fast answer, though! I will keep an eye out, hopefully everything will be resolved sooner than later :)
