Paypal & File Issues Info!

Paypal seems to be working as an option again!

Thank you so much to all the people who have gotten, or want to get, the Step 3 DLC already. It's wonderful to see so many people here to support the launch right away. Sadly, there seems to be quite an issue of Paypal not being an acceptable option to get the DLC right now. Unfortunately, I think this is a problem between Itch and Paypal. I can't find a way for us to control Paypal payments for our account. But I did send a customer support message and we'll see what they say!
And some people have bumped into an error report. We've released a patch for all versions now. If you download the current version of the base file and DLCs it should be fine. We patched that out. Though, try not to load a save file right before the error happened. In that case it may pop up again. But if you select the Moment from the Moment select screen there won't be errors in them from now on.

So I seemed to have run into a bit of an issue with the game. I started a fresh run with all the DLC (that worked prior) and just recently clicked on the transition bit to move onto step 2. However, I get through a little bit and then it cuts to the main menu. I've tried reinstalling it, uninstalling and removing DLC and puttin them back in, and all that. Nothing seems to work
I think this happens if old data stored on your computer is conflicting with the new content. Making different choices or deleting the game's stored persistent data would likely fix it (though, that'd cause you to lose your progress). Let me know if you're still having issues!
Sorry if this is the problem you fixed.
I downloaded the Step 3 DLC around half an hour ago and put it in the 'game' folder, but when I open the game, you can't even see the DLC events for Step 3. Do I have to re-download something? And if I re-download the game, do I lose my save files? Sorry for asking too many questions, I am just confused.
You do need to redownload the base game to the current version. Just adding the DLC to an older version won't work, I'm afraid. But you will keep your save files!

Is this perhaps the error you have mentioned? This is on android btw.
The Android update isn't out yet, but that will be fixed once we do release it ^^
