from my experience- drink lots of water or drinks with lots of electrolyte (gatorade). staying hydrated is very important since you tend to lose a lot of fluid :'3 feel better soon AS!!

Yea, I was so fond of visual novels before, but now I have to choose really, REALLY carefully which I would try because I probably won't enjoy them like I used to. Both good and bad at the same time haha
