Our Life: Now & Forever Public Demo Update November 2024
The Our Life: Now & Forever Step 2 introduction scenes are live ๐๐๐
It includes 27,000 new words, two new CGs, and various fixes/tweaks throughout the demo. Weโre actually working on Step 2 at this point, Step 1 is basically done, so this is as it should be instead of the bonus preview that we had in the demo as an example of the teenage time period. However, right now that original Step 2 preview is not accessible in this build. The preview had skipped ahead in the story and included some explanatory lines that need to be removed now that the proper opening is available. We are working on editing/reprogramming the original preview to properly flow with the rest of the story. It should be added back next month!
You can access Step 2 from the Moment Selection Screen by clicking the โFall Endedโ button.

playing this game is a blessing and a curse. a blessing cuz it's so good. but a curse cuz i probably will look at other visual novels differently if that makes sense.
i just finished our life beginnings and always. and i kinda want to cry now cuz it was so good. ;-;

so I just downloaded the new update but it's still saying step 2 preview instead of fall ends did I mess up on the re downloading process for the update somehow?
my saves are still there but I'm just wondering if there's something I can do to fix this issue. Thanks.
Even if it still says "Step 2 Preview", as long as you downloaded the latest version, it should have the updated content! When you go through the Preview, you should see the changes.

Uh oh! There might be some kind of error because Walks and Wheels are still included in the new most recent build. Can you just no longer see them when you get to the Moment choice menu? Hopefully I can help.

is there a way to transfer my save data into this updated version of the game?
Sometimes the save files will work, but most of the time they won't, since this updated version is changed. I can still help you find where the save files are located, if you need!
Hi!! I've been following since May last year when I first player Beginnings and Always, I am so excited for this one too!! Do you know roughly when next year this will be out? Like which month it's likely to be or season? No rush, of course, I'm just so so excited and I'm absolutely buzzing watching this game develop!
If you mean the full game release, then the base game will be released sometime in Fall 2025, along with some of the DLC Moments, with more DLCs to come in the months after. We're so glad you're excited! Thanks so much for following development.

I'm SO loving the music and the art and the EVERYTHING. in this game. i think step 2 will be my favorite and least favorite step but it's still a preview so that could change.

Hello, I've been facing some crashing issues in the Android version of the game. Around 5 to 10 minutes the game starts crashing, is there anything I could send to you to help it solve this issue?
Sorry to hear that! Do you get some kind of error message? Maybe that can help us figure out what's going on.
Not an error message, the game just closes itself.
Darn. Maybe try clearing out some space? It might be there's too little storage available.
There's 52gb left to spare, my guess is the android version (Android 14), which is making the game's engine unstable.
You might try turning off animations to make it easier to run, or check if there's any older versions of the demo or beta on your device.

Yeah, me too. And everytime I download it, it stops for itself and doesn't continue :(

If you're on mobile go to your files and try uninstalling the old game file and then install the new file

Does anyone know where the fall ended is at i don't see it
I dont know why but sadly it doesnt work for me.On the Moment Selection screen ,the only things that appear are wheel, walk and step 2 preview and this is after i updated the game. If someone know what I did wrong plz dont hesitate to tell me! :3

I dont know how, but the issue resolved itself, since when I pressed the preview button is just took me to the updated Step 2 demo.
Even if the button says "Step 2 Preview", so long as you downloaded the most recent version, it should still include the new material. Hopefully that helps!
Hello! I did download the latest version thats why im confused because I cant see any new material..
The new material has been added directly to the Step 2 Preview. It doesn't have it's own separate button to click. It's mostly the same scene, but expanded. Give it a try, and if you still don't see any of the new material, then we can figure out what to do next.
I downloaded the game on my Android and it indeed worked. I think there is a problem with my laptop and maybe the update didn't start. Awesome game by the way, super underrated and one of my favorites! Looking forward for the next update :) Also sorry for the disturbance...!!
