Hey everybody. I've been really wanting to learn more about everyone's MCs since I love trying to figure out and understand character's personalities and quirks. So, here's a question. What's a major event/moment in your MC's life that shaped who they are now?
Here's mine: Kathryne was once abducted and held hostage by criminals during a bank robbery, now she has a crippling fear of strangers. Bacon was adopted by Kathryne and her mom after being orphaned in a plane crash that killed his parents on a vacation to Germany.
I figured, but didn't want to assume. But yeah, Kathryne has another event shortly after getting to Golden Grove but I'm actually working on making that a short comic right now. I just created a new file for it like seconds before reading this XD. So you'll have to wait a bit to know more
a major moment in Val's life was when he started getting bullied for his looks(specifically his weight and heterochromia), accent, and personality (since he's very shy and introverted)so began to obsess with his looks and speak even less than before. If you wanted to speak to him you couldn't even take a breath before he began to criticize or bully you and guess what you're about to tell him or he'd get physical (he's a very feisty and surprisingly strong femboy). This obsession causes him to spiral later on and get worse at forcing himself to fit the standards he's always set up for himself.
Basically, he got bullied into becoming an extremely slay diva</3
Damn.. That is exactly something I would do with one of my characters. I think I said this before but I have a habit of torturing my characters. I feel like him and KitKat (Kathryne's nickname) would be friends, they both have heterochromia and have similar personalities, quiet, shy, and don't like meeting new people.
Good point. I see it going either way, Either he sympathizes with KitKat over having heterochromia or he bullies her for a different reason. One that will be explained in due time, as soon as I can find time work on that comic.

Runie’s canon event (lol) is when he was isolated in the old city he used to live in because of his strength and because of the way he looks. With only him and his mom he didnt really have any other friends besides Damian, Sonia and Qinru.
Other kids bullied him because of how he was ‘Girly’ or how he doesnt look like a typical boy. But they were also scared of his strength, and isolated him because they thought he was a freak. One of his bullies was his ex-bestfriend (which i will also make an Introduction for considering hes an important character as well nyehe) and that made it even worse for Runie. He was isolated by his peers until he was 10 years old.
The incident left him very soft-spoken and reclusive, and when his only best friends moved away from the city, his light only dimmed more and more.
Luckily his mom helped him not change himself or his appearance, she was his pillar during those rough years.
And now that he’s in Golden Grove, Runie began to open himself up again and shine like he used to before. :D
Very interesting! Bacon is actually quite similar to Runie. In being biologically abnormal, I mean. Bacon weighs way more than he logically should. In step 1 he's 4ft 6in and slightly skinny, but weighs like 150 lbs. They eventually earned the title Bacon the Immovable So Bacon is the immovable object, and Runie is the unstoppable force.
OOOH THATS SO COOL?? I’d love to see what happens if the two meet haha! Honestly those two would be a perfect defense and offense if they were to spar or fight together as a duo 🤔
I can tell you exactly how bacon would react if they met Runie. He'd approach and say, "Hello, Bacon is Bacon! Do you wanna be Bacon's friend? Did Bacon's friend brought snacks?"
Yeah Bacon is dumb as bricks and doesn't speak too well. It's not his fault though, just like me Bacon is "special". I mean to be clear, he's more special ed than me though.
He kind of reminds me of Nugget from Kindergarten WAIT- 🫵🫵
Runie wouldnt mind! he’s pretty happy to meet a new friend who he can now share snacks with when he stress bakes. Though I wonder if Bacon has a favorite(s) food? Cause Runie would be the type of person to remember his friends preferences and give them snacks randomly hehe
between steps 1-2 Hanukkah wanted to become popular, he popular kids other than qiu was a group of kids who had what is known as ‘toxic masculinity’ they taught Haruki how to be a ‘real man’ and to be tough and everything, he started acting out, bullying other people all so he could be popular and a real man. He grew apart from his friendship with Tamarack and Qiu and started getting mad at his mom. He and his ‘friends’ bullied this one kid to the point their family moved. Haruki at this point has abandoned all the things he likes in an effort to be cool and fit in with the other kids in fear of being unliked and unpopular. Opal basically had a long heart to heart to Haruki to get to the root of the problem, he feels like he has to act out to be a real ‘man’ so eventually his biological father will see how cool he is and want to be apart of his life, as he feels he’s missing out in many hinges because he doesn’t have a dad to show him the ways of ‘manhood’ eventually he grew remorseful of bullying the friend, and planned to start fresh in high school, he dumped his old friends, reconnected with Qiu and eventually became best friends, and sent a letter to the kid that moved. Eventually the kid forgave him and now they’re penpals!
for Maeve basically she’s already a pretty quiet person, she started taking speech classes when she was around 12 to encourage her to speak to strangers, she still clams up sometimes to strangers but she can be very talkative to people she really likes, I’m not sure if I mentioned this but she has a thick French accent and is still learning I English so sometimes she messes up words. So sometimes she was bullied for it. In middle school she had to go to different classes like for students who were learning English and stuff so she wasn’t around with him often. She was bullied for her accent and appearance, and lived in constant fear of that kid. But she didn’t tell anyone about it her being bullied. Eventually she expressed her emotions in a poetry book which she left in class one day. Basically the music teacher found out about it and talked with Maeve about it, in which the music teacher encouraged Maeve to tell other people. Basically Maeve grew closer to the music teacher (who also doubled as the student councilor bc why not) and eventually Maeve confides that she wants to be a singer but is to afraid people will critique her accent and that she’s not good enough, the music teacher helps her gain more confidence (along with her mother ofc who talked to the bully’s parents) and eventually Maeve turns one of her poems about the bully into a song. The music teacher encouraged more of her musical talents which grew Maeve’s love of singing even more until she realized if she tries hard enough and takes more speech classes she can become a singer, basically the bully gets expelled because they’ve been harassing other students and happy ending!

KENDRICK FAN YAYAYAY 🙏🙏🙏‼️‼️ kojo, too, loves kenny. mainly cuz he lived in compton for like 3 years, and bcs the lyrics are so poetic (he loves such things, his songs are kinda like that 2 😋) ko's fav songs are samidot (sing of me im dying of thirst,) LUST, LOVE, FEAR, PRIDE, die hard, and father time, heart pt 6, reincarnated, gloria, luther.
For Hasna (My MC) she would is mentally scarred because in the place that she used live before (Canada) everyone would bully her about her forehead and when she moved to Sunset Bird and became best friends with Jessica (My MC in sunset Bird) Jessica once asked her about her dad and she told her what happended but then everyone started asking and Jessica would kind of protect her by changing the subject cause she knew she was scared to talk about it, and once someone mentioned her forehead size and made fun of it (they were in a roast battle) she didn't cry infront of them but when she got home she cried her eyes out.. Her mom Opal knew about it and tried to encourage her and give her confidence and it kinda worked.
But she hides her forehead with her bangs and when she was 10 (Step 1) she would sometimes almost all the time not hide it, but she doesn't do it anymore only with Qui she doesn't hide it and sometimes rarely with Tamarack.

i think kojo’s feelings towards physical touch and such really faded during the events somewhere between step 1 and 2, as well as step 2 and 3.
during the time between step 1 and 2, the golden trio obviously still go to school. when starting at riverpeak high (iirc thats the name? also idk how american schools work but im p sure they mix middle school and secondary in one building) kojo is immediately seen as ‘weird’. for what reason? none other than not being a copy and paste of every other 6th grader 🙏😐 he gets beaten up a lot, and also at age 12/13 he and Qiu have a fight, like, an actual fight with fists and the whole shabang. kojo is one of the ppl qiu pushes away and ko cant understand why (jealousy) and tries to ask the other but they just end up fighting and kojo gives qiu a LIGHT concussion and qiu gives ko a broken nose and the scar on his lip.
during the time between step 2 and 3, things get a little more serious 😞😞 (sorry my son for the next things im abt to write) he’s still a loser, but the frauds (his classmates) can look to the side for like two seconds ‘cause kojo is on the school’s volleyball team! he’s their mvp and a striker + setter (kagehina lovechild), and usually the reason they win. he still gets bullied, but he’s pretty buff now and so only equally as strong ppl beat him up. erm, now the really not fun part (SORRY MY BBY IM SORRY 💔💔) kojo’s volleyball coach assistant is kinda really a weirdo 😐 she makes weird comments to him and such, and actually once tried to get him to do stuff he doesn’t want to, succeeded once w force 😐 (i think you can imagine what) mind you she’s a grown WOMAN; an ADULT. so yeah, also she actually stalked ko for a while before he told ppl and stuff 😞😞 (sorry my precious boy. not your fault your creator likes horror without the common horror elements (human behaviour.)
this didn’t really change his relationship with the women in his life whatsoever, he still loves them a lot. actually he finds a lot of comfort in them ❤️ kojo is a very lovely guy regardless and finds solace in his little qiuet times with tammy. (she was also the first person he told, along with his ma.)
for yu-ming… i havent really fleshed her out yet but i think i’d like for her to not have any TRAUMATIC events as big as kojo, but rather happy events that made her the cool, confident, charismatic, and loving girl she is today. she’s a loser lesbian for tammy, and likes to tinker and make stuff or yap about music facts surrounding cellists cuz tamarack plays one! she’s kind of like yuuji from jjk, or naruto from naruto! she’s a great cook and a pretty helpful person. she’s the type to help an old lady (dorothea) pass the street 💗💗
HAIKYUU ☺️‼️ i really love that anime, it gave me my interest in vball <3 but yeah ko went through a LOT (_ _ ) some more info abt the coach thing; he didn' tell qiu!
while their parents (mainly hong cuz i'd like to imagine opal, dorothea and him gossiping a lot) did know, qiu did NOT 💔 only like a month-ish after is when they found out, which is about a year before step 3. kojo and qiu have another fight, this time an actual argument #cheering #progress. It is set during a rainy evening, where qiu in the heat of the moment blurts out that they've loved kojo for a long time and that they are sorry for pushing ko away due to their own confusion and ugly feelings at the time. silence draws out between the two and a heartbeat later theyre kissing 🙏🙏🙏 kojo tells qiu they loved them from the moment they met, and then they talk and kiss some more.
at the beginning of step 3, kojo and qiu are now dating, and the bond between tammy and qiu is also good again. (if you didn't know, qiu and tamarack arent actually friends during step 2, but hang out together for the sake of the mc.)
The big changing moment in Ians life is when she witnessed a gang shooting with her mother and then watched her mother get beaten and threatened to not talk "or else" they moved in short order after that. This caused her to have a bit of a twisted realization of "People are horrible and need to be forced to listen or behave or else there will be unquelled chaos everywhere". So she took it upon herself to enact this twisted sense of order in her everyday passings.
See that’s the opposite of how Kathryne was. She and her mother were held hostage and had a gun put to her head when she was 6. The police then took the shot and killed to gunman hold her. This scarred her and now she thinks everyone she doesn’t know is bad and is terrified of them.
Long story short, our mcs probably shouldn’t be left alone in the same room. Or maybe Ian would like KitKat because she’d be to scared to act out of line. :P

The one on top is Runie and the one on the bottom is Damian! Damian is one of my my non-MC characters and is Runie’s best friend. This is set in the MCverse where all our MC’s live together :D (which imo is a universe where Runie doesnt end up with Qiu and Tamarack.
LONGGG story short about this cover! Damian and Runie are in love with eachother but both are too DUMB to notice it. Damian openly loves Runie and yearns for him BADDDD like its so bad that it can rival Hozier. And Runie loves Damian so much it hurts but hes content with being friends with him so he wont lose their friendship. Their story is mainly fluffy but does have some angst nyehehe as usual.
Ethan's childhood crush, fight me(/j) Also headshot for step 1 Ethan (who's name was Nicole) because well, childhood Ethan equals step one design I've been procrastinating on that I quickly sketched up for this idea.
Anyways Colin really was the outline on who Ethan wanted to be and also wanted to be with🙏🏻 (he also liked Chip but I didn't add him in because uhm I said so). Also I don't know if this would fit what movies came out year wise with the steps but I can hope and pray I'm not messing with dates or anything.
Hey guys! My computer started working again and I redrew my earlier drawing in my art program! I was planning to do this tomorrow but then I remembered I had to work so had to do it tonight. (It was easier than I thought)

The biggest changes are Bacon’s leg isn’t shadowed to hell, fixed KitKat’s height and adjusted her booster seat to adequate levels, removed the ink splotches off of her clothes since she doesn’t wear her stained clothes to school, and the clock actually looks normal now.
Thanks, I just used what information I had from the game. The MC’s house has greyish blue walls and hardwood flooring, the grass in the outside scenes is a yellowish orange, the house has a white picket fence and that’s Tamaracks’s grey house in the back. Then I added the plant, clock, and painting to make the room less boring :P.

also most animals are scared of vincent, while they love kojo . (his faves are snakes, cats, tigers, and ravens/crows.)
i have yet to decide actually 💀 probably got angry or something at the former restaurant he worked at and yeah💔💔 that or he got caught by a bystander and his boss made him relocate cuz despite being a crime boss the man cares abt ko a lot (not a good thing, but wtv.)
oh, yeah! in this au kojo (knowingly) works at a butcher shop/restaurant thingy which is really just a store front for crime teehee 🤭 as it says in the description, ko will cut up anything his boss asks him to. which includes the unusual pieces of meat.
he mainly sees whatever he's handed as livestock he needs to cut, cook, and send out to get served. he's not really empathetic or sympathetic in this au. i still need to work out the kinks and allat 💔💔
(might even change 'kinda oblivious qiu' to 'mermaid that is livestock qiu' where kojo slowly learns to have feelings and then they kiss and live happily ever-after🙏🙏)
It’s breakfast time in the Widoghest household! Oh yeah, in my head canon, Bacon is Kathryne’s adopted sibling. Surprise! And yes, that entire stack of pancakes Opal is holding is for Bacon. This was the first time inyears that I tried to do a side profile and it felt like I forgot how to draw for the first two and a half hours. [; _ ;]
There are so many mistakes in this. The most obvious one is an ink smear on Bacon’s leg I had to cover up by making it just be shadowed. I also nearly ruined the whole thing like 3 times. Thankfully I was able to save it cuz my computer is still on the fritz and I do not want to redo the entire thing.
Thank you! You have no idea how much that means, I was never good at drawing characters from the side so I was so nervous to post this. I’m honestly not fully pleased with it, like I said, lots of mistakes and things I wish I did different. Once my computer decides to stop being on strike, I’m going to redo it digitally because it’s easier to edit.
True that. Hopefully it won’t be long before I can do it, I’m reinstalling the drivers to see if that fixes it. Thankfully once I do get it working, the process of converting this to digital is fairly simple. It’s just time consuming. But at this point, what’s 3 more hours of work?

Mainly because my computer is on strike and it won’t let me use my drawing tablet. Also, I colored it because I can use a printer to scan the page and copy the colors I used when I draw in my drawing software later. Also if you’re asking what I used to color it, I use some alcohol markers I got for Christmas one year. I love them because they don’t tear up the paper like water based markers <3

you can have kojo and yu-ming 🙏 i dont think they would be a pair, though. yu-ming is a smart and allat; a nature nerd, but also pacifistic/can't bring herself to end someone's life.
kojo on the other hand, while also smart, calculated and stealthy, couldn't give two flying fucks if he had to do such. (not that it matters w brantsteeles cuz it's randomly generated but yeah 💔💔 i like to yap abt my characters)

NO NOT HUNGER GAMES (intense flashbacks) anyways here’s Haruki and Maeve, I doubt Maeve will survive (mah poor lil baby) but she’s good with nature and is very interested in birds and plants but they prob will not kill anyone. Haruki will prob be street smart and stuff, gain their trust than stab them in the back during the end, and he will eliminate anyone that poses as a threat I doubt they’ll pair up together so you can pair them with anyone!

mb broski i didnt see this sooner this basically his step 2 design, but if u do step 3 or 4, he doesn't change at all, he still has a bunch of piercing (snake bite piercings in older design but none on his eyebrow) and for his fit uhh imagine grunge hello kitty or smth

Seeing how Liam has a large cut on his face, the fight must’ve been pretty rough. I’m a fighter irl so I know he’s gonna be covered in bruises the next day. I can only imagine how badly the other guy got banged up.
at least add the LEAST amount of trauma possible for this poor bean (as an avid trauma giver to most of my characters, I understand if this is not possible)

Bc at 9 she was atack with a knife.... And at first step she was shy and negidive as hell.... Like Qiu in step 2 but add sestivty and shynes....
I feel bad about double posting here but I just wanted to share with you one of the downsides of working with dip pens and ink vials.
I’m currently remaking an old sketch of Kathryne and Bacon from like 3 years ago. Unfortunately while I was inking the lines just now, my dog bumped my elbow and I knocked over my ink vial and smeared black ink along one of Bacon’s legs. So I just finished cleaning up the spill on my desk. Fun times!
Just finished drawing my second MC! Introducing my boy? girl? No one really knows what they are, Bacon is just Bacon. My computer glitched out last night so I ended up using pen and paper.
Also I hope you all can read my handwriting. It didn’t come out as well as I hoped in the picture so let me know if you need me to type it out into a post on here.

Yup! Bacon’s name is pronounced just like the food item.
Oh yeah an I think I mentioned this in the sketch but, Bacon doesn’t have a preference on pronouns. Mainly because Bacon doesn’t know what a pronoun is. They are…. Intellectually challenged, for lack of a better term.
Yup. I originally came up with Bacon and Kathryne a few years ago but didn’t really have much other than a few concepts, not even a drawing. Except for one, unfinished sketch. I am remaking that sketch to fit OLNF as they didn’t have a world to belong in previously.

At first glance he is pretty close off and kinda a bitch. Though when you get to know him and break through his shell he is a kind-hearted guy who simply just is lonely and doesn't like to talk about his issues. He still is a bitch, though 🫶🏻. He also has issues dealing with his sexuality. Overall he is a pretty chill guy to be around(◍•ᴗ•◍)
that’s similar to Kathryne tbh. She has xenophobia, the fear of strangers (kinda) and so she won’t even speak if she’s around people she doesn’t know. But once you get to know her, she’ll gradually warm up. I feel like Bacon would get on his nerves since Bacon wants to be friends with everyone and is literally too dumb to take a hint.

I’m pleased to share that I’ve finally completed the drawing! I sincerely apologize for the delay—things became unexpectedly overwhelming with my academic responsibilities, tests, and required studies. I also want to apologize if the final result feels a bit rushed or sloppy looking. I had originally set a deadline for myself, but unfortunately, it took way longer than I expected, so I ended up pushing to finish it quickly.
That being said, I truly enjoyed the process of drawing your OC/MC(s). It was fun experience for me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work on this.

Just finished my drawing of Kathryne. I'm gonna take a break before I draw my other MC.
It’s been a couple years since I drew last so this is not that good but hey, I tried. So here is the Step 1 version of Ms. Kathryne "KitKat" Widoghest! She is scared, shy, can barely speak English, and definitely doesn't want to be here.
I listed her character traits on the side and you may notice that she's kinda messed up. That's because she reflects most of the negative emotions I felt when I had to move nearly 700 miles away when I was 6 year old. My other MC is her polar opposite and embodies most of the positive emotions I had.
i love the name Bacon, it reminds me of that one undertale comic where frisk was obsessed with food lol

My OC Runie lived in the Philippines when he was a baby but moved to America when he was 2 years old. (I dont know if fictional cities count but i’ll write it anyways TwT)
When he turned 4 he moved to Lumiere City which was a very bad time for him, save for his friend group which helped keep him sane after being bullied for his strength and non traditionally boy like appearance.
6 years later he moved to Golden Grove!! Where he meets his best friends and where he can learn to grow his confidence back again :3
sameee, Maeve knew a little bit of English but most of the time she was confused on what was going on. Haruki could speak english pretty well so culture shock was the big thing that hit him
I know I’m replying over 3 hours late, but I can’t stop thinking about Kathryne and Maeve being forced into have a conversation when neither of them speak the same language.

I went more to places near the capital like Lyon and such and i gotta say it's a lovely place a very well done mix between city and nature i didn't have the Luck to Visit The Tower of Eiffel tho my mother got sick in the last day because she insisted on eating some sushi from a Store in Val d'Europe and thus we spent the last day Of our journey just kind of Cooking stuff in the rented room, Well at least we got to visit Disney before hand couldn't miss that

for mari i like to hc that she grew up in nevada and was a family friend of Kyra (yknow coves mom from olba) idk abt kel tho.. id say he was born in chinatown in ny but has moved so much he basically forgot his hometown hehe
That would have been a rough transition from the desert to the mountains. I love that Mari's move is more tame compared to others. I personally have a bad habit of torturing my MCs so It's nice to see that some people have more mercy.
yu-ming is from qingdao, china! she actually moved to baker city, oregon at 6 (oregon is where, canonically, golden grove is set) before moving to where golden grove is in oregon !! she learned english beforehand and actually being in the us helped her english develop a little more !! she still has a bit of an accent on certain words and speaks mandarin at home and chinglish when lazy.
im currently redesigning my mc kojo, who is ghanaian and korean. i originally intended him to be from london, but changed all of that 💔 he's now from melbourne, australia! he moved to compton, california at 7 years old and learned spanish from the old lady next door !! he speaks korean at home, as his ma is korean. in my lore, her english name is opal, and her korean name is ju-hyeon. she moved to australia when she was 20 or something, before having kojo at 25.
kojo is now also greek, cuz im really into percy jackson atm. i imagine his dad being ghanaian and greek. kojo can speak a lot of languages 😼 (twi (spoken in ghana), korean, chinese (he learned it for qiu only to found out that kid can barely speak or read/write it), german for tammy, greek and ancient greek cuz he's a nerd, mexican spanish from the lady next door, and some more i have yet to think of 💔💔)
Vale was born in Kentucky and lived in a rural town but his mom is a Kurdish immigrant (which caused him to have a goofy ass accent) then he moved to golden grove and is trying to get used to actually believing the weather channel (Kentucky's weather is so ass and the weather channel/apps can never properly forecast it, i do not recommend going to Kentucky ever)
I know right? Tennessee weather is just as bad, minus the abnormally cold rain. I also love how many of us are giving their MCs weird accents. It reminds me of something from when I was younger. My mother once told me a story about a guy she knew in college who was from China and learned to speak English in Appalachia. He ended up speaking with a Chinese-Appalachian accent.
Since Alios is my persona, I'm often use them as the mc for most games I played. So, I'm just curious. If your mcs/ocs become an mc in RPG/Roguelike games (not isekai, not entirely a player), which class and which weapons will they use? How will they treat the NPCS?
Me first :) Alios would be either an Archer, using bow + dagger or Rogue, using dagger solely. Sometimes I chose swords for them, too. They treat others like how they do in our life (Polite, indifferent, somewhat distant)
Also... which one do you think will be Qiu and Tama's class?
imo i think mari would be a sorcerer but keeps a dagger/bat on her just in case.. she would have been a warlock but she couldnt convince some higher power if she tried :') and for uhhh kel id say bard, and he'd bring a make shift piano-guitar with him everywhere (though he MIGHT bring a bow n arrow as a weapon)
for tam i think she'd be a bard aswell (because shes literally in the school band) and i dont think she'd bring any weapons with her, shed probably have a guard dog of something (a chihuahua to be exact :D)
and for qiu imma say paladin. Now hear me out THEYRE ALWAYS THOUGHTFUL OF EVERYONE AND STAY TRUE TO THEIR WORDS(ish) or perhaps theyd be a warlock i dunno :( as for weapons maybe a sword?
Leaf would be a Mage , a coward mage tho she gets scared quite easily, as For Luciel he would be a Tanker for his personality he doesn't talk a lot , not that he is rude or ignorant, it's just that he prefers not to , tho when it comes to judging others for their Mistakes he is their number one opp, My oc Cloudy likes Stuff like Verdant moon and rerwrite, he has even a Ribbon that he took from his mother long ago just for looking the same for that of Terra, so i guess his class would be similar to a Druid in a way
Katheryne would be a cleric, she’s very gentle, dislikes conflict, and hates seeing people hurt. For weapons, she would have a mace and a shield because while generally passive, when pushed to the breaking point she snaps and becomes very scary.
My other OC Bacon would definitely be a barbarian. They’re very strong, stubborn, have anger issues, and aren’t too bright. For a weapon they’d either wield a claymore or a two handed great axe.
We could probably form one or two adventure teams now that we have Clerics, Barbarian, Tankers, Archers, Mages, Sorcerers and Bards XD Although there is some missing role 🤔
Runie would be a Warrior!! He’s skilled in many weapons as to surprise his enemies and is also skilled in defense!
His main weapons would be: an axe, halberd, kusarigama, mace, dual swords and a shield
It helps that with his strength he can protect his allies and carry them to safety or tank some hits for them. He could be classified as warrior/tank but ill stick to one role for now :)

Maeve would definitely be a bard! No doubt about it, she would not have a weapon, but she play a flute and I’m guessing that’s how she concentrates most of her magic. But I highly doubt she’ll actually fight at all, she’d either be there doing like fight songs in the background or joining a little band. Occasionally she’d help if they’re in mortal danger but other than that prob not. She’ll treat npcs kindly if they’re approach her, but she will NOT approach them bc like in real life she’s terrible at starting social interaction.
Haruki would be like a rouge with like butterfly knives as his weapon. He’d be stealthy and probs only in it for the money, so maybe a rouge assassin or bounty hunter?? Or maybe a ranger, then he’d use a bow aswell with the butterfly knives and he’ll still be in it for the money, sometimes maybe he’ll do it out of the goodness in his heart if we’re talking about older Haruki tho. either way he’d prob eventually develop a savior complex but he’s still nice so he’ll treat npcs as actual charachters and invite them on their missions, but he’ll still think he’s better than them and has to earn his respect
tam would def be a bard, and for Qiu im thinking a ranger or paladin, idk why
I love rouges/thiefs 💕 I haven’t been in an any kind of dnd game or smth similar but I may or may not have already created a thief character with a backstory to fit into any type of those games…hehe-
honestly, i think Kojo would be either a rogue or a wizard. either way, his weapon would be a scythe. (either a dual weapon set if you imagine the scythes used for harvest, or a big cool scythe if you imagine the ones like maka’s from soul eater and he has kunai knives and a wakazashi type blade for stealthy, quick operations. he is good with any polearm but prefers his lovely scythe.) he’d probably be a yuan-ti, an elf or maybe a half human half tiefling? his main attributes would be intelligence and stealth, while his flaws would be charisma (he’s not really good at convos and prefers to work alone at first, but when meeting qiu and tamarack, or some of you guys’ mcs he’ll warm up a little.)
my other, newer mc, yu-ming, who is my mc to romance tamarack; she’d be a fairy or a satyr. she’d be a druid or a bard, and her main weapon would be dual daggers or a bow and arrow. she’s very connected with nature and a kind girl!!
for qiu… i’d imagine them as a tiefling cuz that design reminds me of those dragons in chinese mythology/folklore 😸 (and also ao bing from nezha (cant wait for nezha 2 to be out in my country 🫶🏽), or a changeling cuz it lowk makes sense in my brain 🤓🤓 i think qiu would either be a charismatic bard or a charismatic sorcerer cuz mage qiu 😚😚
for tammy?? i think she’d be a satyr or an eladrin 💗 she’d be a bard or a cleric, either way i think she’d be a healer !! she’d carry a bow and arrow just in case but she mainly heals so she barely uses it 💔💔

i think mari would be a pink dragon fruit type cookie cuz of her hair 😚😚 kojo would be coffee flavoured and yu-ming … maybe a mix of those three different colour ice cream tubs you can get?? (idk the name atm 💔💔)
One thing i like about ocs is that we can add little quirks to them to make them more recognisable and such, my oc Leaf likes to carry Coins from other countries to use as a coin flip and doubles down as her cool collection.
Runie (with the strength equivalent to the girl from Strong Girl Bong-soon) would randomly just pick up big stones and carry it over his head. Or in other cases would carry others on his shoulders, even if theyre like taller/bigger than him 😭

Maeve tends to whistle randomly whenever it’s quiet, and tries to copy bird sounds she hear, (that’s why she chose her stage name to be songbird), Haruki quirk is he brushes his hair like 100 times a day and can’t function unless his hair is properly brushed, and tends to mess with his hair when he’s bored, he also likes to do other peoples hair so sometimes he’ll just mess with their hair when he’s bored (I plan on him either being a hair stylist or a streamer)
Kathryne always has random ink spots of all colors on her hands or face. She’s into calligraphy and is pretty darn good at it. But is a huge klutz, and as such, she always finds a way to get the ink on herself.
I’m actually working on a sketch of her. I only just started it before work today so who knows when I’ll finish.
However I also made another OC on my first playthrough named Bacon. They’re always, and I mean ALWAYS hungry and have a seemingly endless supply food in their bag. They replenish their snack stock everyday and no one knows where it comes from, not even their mom. It’s no wonder why Qiu thinks they’re a sorcerer. I will draw Bacon’s sketch after Kathryne’s. I might even post the two together if I finish quick enough.
Vale's quirks are 1. collecting coin but specifically old coin he has a coin from 1944 and a canadian coin from 1983 also a bunch of turkish coins from the 60's
2. collecting soda tabs and turning them to necklaces and pant chains
3. he has a goofy ass accent its a kurdish-southern-oxford-country accent because if i have to deal with my goofy kurdish-southern-oxford-country accent than so does he (he also cannot pronouce the th sound even is his life depended on it)
good to find another person torturing their oc's with their own problems
also Vale would probably also befriend Leaf for the coin collecting as well (val has over 100 dollars in coins because im a coin hoarder and he is too)
One of mari’s quirks is that when she s bored she’ll draw on anything, she won’t hesitate to draw on the table, or chair, or the wall (if it wasn’t for the vandalism charges 😞)
I’m not sure about kel since I’ve focused more on Mari recently but I’d say something like constantly checking on everyone’s social status in his diary (he’s insecure about being popular and is also a perfectionist but in the gifted kid kind where that all falls apart after 7th grade :’<)
BY VANDALISM I MEANT ON THE WALLS 😭 tables are still vandalism technically (especially in schools) but its not major enough (fun fact one of my classmates somehow spilled ink on the ceiling n wall n its been there ever since 🥲)

Thanks to the developers for listening to me before about the possibility of choosing hair for characters. I'm glad that they didn't take my decision kindly and not angry like some people. Especially the new update, it was good and okay, but I was facing problems in the game, like every time I exit the game for a little while or take a screenshot of the game, suddenly the game gets a frame drop, and the screen gets smaller most of the time and characters are cut off and the writing becomes funny sometimes and sometimes strange and sometimes scary. So I hope to fix these mistakes.
My overall rating for the game: 10/5 It has become good despite the high school stage that has not been reached yet, I am happy that they made us get to know more characters.
But I noticed that there is one chapter that was deleted before I reached the teenage stage, specifically 3 pictures before moving on to the next chapter. I do not see anything wrong with 2 pictures.
Silly drawing I made of my OC in step 2 that took me 7 HOURS TO FINISH, and I still kinda dislike how I made the light, but eh. Her name is Chuurippu, it means Tulip in Japanese! (Sorry if my English is bad, it's not my first language <3)
So recently i remembered a Little story, when i was err about 9 years old i went into An amusement park with my family and by complete coincidence there was this snack company (Their name was prince or something similar) that arranged a drawing competition where the one that Writes a Resume and has the best drawing of one of the mascots would get a prize, and obviously i wanted to Participate in the competition .after minutes of doodling around, i gave my paper in , then i waited in anticipation , then the victor was announced, i wasn't sure how but i somehow won , that day i was given a cape and they did a Little crowning ceremony for the fun if it (i thought it was a pretty big deal for me Back then) and until this very day the cape still exists

Damian is selectively mute but his voice is as smooth and sweet as honey. He has a gentle and caring personality and even though he has trouble expressing his voice he’s very expressive with his emotions! The filipino genes in him are strong so thats why hes good at singing LMAO and he knows how to play guitar. I was thinking he and Maeve could do a duet in Step 3? It would be so cute 🥹

Hey everybody. I've been really wanting to learn more about everyone's MCs since I love trying to figure out and understand character's personalities and quirks. So, here's a question. What's a major event/moment in your MC's life that shaped who they are now?
Here's mine: Kathryne was once abducted and held hostage by criminals during a bank robbery, now she has a crippling fear of strangers. Bacon was adopted by Kathryne and her mom after being orphaned in a plane crash that killed his parents on a vacation to Germany.
Liams is his big fight, its when he met Odessa and when he changed for the better.
I figured, but didn't want to assume. But yeah, Kathryne has another event shortly after getting to Golden Grove but I'm actually working on making that a short comic right now. I just created a new file for it like seconds before reading this XD. So you'll have to wait a bit to know more

a major moment in Val's life was when he started getting bullied for his looks(specifically his weight and heterochromia), accent, and personality (since he's very shy and introverted)so began to obsess with his looks and speak even less than before. If you wanted to speak to him you couldn't even take a breath before he began to criticize or bully you and guess what you're about to tell him or he'd get physical (he's a very feisty and surprisingly strong femboy). This obsession causes him to spiral later on and get worse at forcing himself to fit the standards he's always set up for himself.
Basically, he got bullied into becoming an extremely slay diva</3
Damn.. That is exactly something I would do with one of my characters. I think I said this before but I have a habit of torturing my characters. I feel like him and KitKat (Kathryne's nickname) would be friends, they both have heterochromia and have similar personalities, quiet, shy, and don't like meeting new people.
Yeah they could probably be friends unless Vale starts being a little bully (he bullies so much it's concerning he even bullies HIS MOM)
Good point. I see it going either way, Either he sympathizes with KitKat over having heterochromia or he bullies her for a different reason. One that will be explained in due time, as soon as I can find time work on that comic.
I'm gonna say that he ->sees that she also has heterochromia -> bullies her jokingly once -> then they become besties forever

Runie’s canon event (lol) is when he was isolated in the old city he used to live in because of his strength and because of the way he looks. With only him and his mom he didnt really have any other friends besides Damian, Sonia and Qinru.
Other kids bullied him because of how he was ‘Girly’ or how he doesnt look like a typical boy. But they were also scared of his strength, and isolated him because they thought he was a freak. One of his bullies was his ex-bestfriend (which i will also make an Introduction for considering hes an important character as well nyehe) and that made it even worse for Runie. He was isolated by his peers until he was 10 years old.
The incident left him very soft-spoken and reclusive, and when his only best friends moved away from the city, his light only dimmed more and more.
Luckily his mom helped him not change himself or his appearance, she was his pillar during those rough years.
And now that he’s in Golden Grove, Runie began to open himself up again and shine like he used to before. :D
Very interesting! Bacon is actually quite similar to Runie. In being biologically abnormal, I mean. Bacon weighs way more than he logically should. In step 1 he's 4ft 6in and slightly skinny, but weighs like 150 lbs. They eventually earned the title Bacon the Immovable So Bacon is the immovable object, and Runie is the unstoppable force.
OOOH THATS SO COOL?? I’d love to see what happens if the two meet haha! Honestly those two would be a perfect defense and offense if they were to spar or fight together as a duo 🤔
I can tell you exactly how bacon would react if they met Runie. He'd approach and say, "Hello, Bacon is Bacon! Do you wanna be Bacon's friend? Did Bacon's friend brought snacks?"
Yeah Bacon is dumb as bricks and doesn't speak too well. It's not his fault though, just like me Bacon is "special". I mean to be clear, he's more special ed than me though.
He kind of reminds me of Nugget from Kindergarten WAIT- 🫵🫵
Runie wouldnt mind! he’s pretty happy to meet a new friend who he can now share snacks with when he stress bakes. Though I wonder if Bacon has a favorite(s) food? Cause Runie would be the type of person to remember his friends preferences and give them snacks randomly hehe
okay, I’m gonna rant here SO
between steps 1-2 Hanukkah wanted to become popular, he popular kids other than qiu was a group of kids who had what is known as ‘toxic masculinity’ they taught Haruki how to be a ‘real man’ and to be tough and everything, he started acting out, bullying other people all so he could be popular and a real man. He grew apart from his friendship with Tamarack and Qiu and started getting mad at his mom. He and his ‘friends’ bullied this one kid to the point their family moved.
Haruki at this point has abandoned all the things he likes in an effort to be cool and fit in with the other kids in fear of being unliked and unpopular. Opal basically had a long heart to heart to Haruki to get to the root of the problem, he feels like he has to act out to be a real ‘man’ so eventually his biological father will see how cool he is and want to be apart of his life, as he feels he’s missing out in many hinges because he doesn’t have a dad to show him the ways of ‘manhood’ eventually he grew remorseful of bullying the friend, and planned to start fresh in high school, he dumped his old friends, reconnected with Qiu and eventually became best friends, and sent a letter to the kid that moved. Eventually the kid forgave him and now they’re penpals!
for Maeve basically she’s already a pretty quiet person, she started taking speech classes when she was around 12 to encourage her to speak to strangers, she still clams up sometimes to strangers but she can be very talkative to people she really likes, I’m not sure if I mentioned this but she has a thick French accent and is still learning I English so sometimes she messes up words. So sometimes she was bullied for it. In middle school she had to go to different classes like for students who were learning English and stuff so she wasn’t around with him often. She was bullied for her accent and appearance, and lived in constant fear of that kid. But she didn’t tell anyone about it her being bullied. Eventually she expressed her emotions in a poetry book which she left in class one day. Basically the music teacher found out about it and talked with Maeve about it, in which the music teacher encouraged Maeve to tell other people. Basically Maeve grew closer to the music teacher (who also doubled as the student councilor bc why not) and eventually Maeve confides that she wants to be a singer but is to afraid people will critique her accent and that she’s not good enough, the music teacher helps her gain more confidence (along with her mother ofc who talked to the bully’s parents) and eventually Maeve turns one of her poems about the bully into a song. The music teacher encouraged more of her musical talents which grew Maeve’s love of singing even more until she realized if she tries hard enough and takes more speech classes she can become a singer, basically the bully gets expelled because they’ve been harassing other students and happy ending!
Hopefully it made sense throughout my ranting and probably misspelling 😭

KENDRICK FAN YAYAYAY 🙏🙏🙏‼️‼️ kojo, too, loves kenny. mainly cuz he lived in compton for like 3 years, and bcs the lyrics are so poetic (he loves such things, his songs are kinda like that 2 😋) ko's fav songs are samidot (sing of me im dying of thirst,) LUST, LOVE, FEAR, PRIDE, die hard, and father time, heart pt 6, reincarnated, gloria, luther.
For Hasna (My MC) she would is mentally scarred because in the place that she used live before (Canada) everyone would bully her about her forehead and when she moved to Sunset Bird and became best friends with Jessica (My MC in sunset Bird) Jessica once asked her about her dad and she told her what happended but then everyone started asking and Jessica would kind of protect her by changing the subject cause she knew she was scared to talk about it, and once someone mentioned her forehead size and made fun of it (they were in a roast battle) she didn't cry infront of them but when she got home she cried her eyes out.. Her mom Opal knew about it and tried to encourage her and give her confidence and it kinda worked.
But she hides her forehead with her bangs and when she was 10 (Step 1) she would sometimes almost all the time not hide it, but she doesn't do it anymore only with Qui she doesn't hide it and sometimes rarely with Tamarack.
And when she's with Darren she doesn't hide it, she even tells him her insécurité

i think kojo’s feelings towards physical touch and such really faded during the events somewhere between step 1 and 2, as well as step 2 and 3.
during the time between step 1 and 2, the golden trio obviously still go to school. when starting at riverpeak high (iirc thats the name? also idk how american schools work but im p sure they mix middle school and secondary in one building) kojo is immediately seen as ‘weird’. for what reason? none other than not being a copy and paste of every other 6th grader 🙏😐 he gets beaten up a lot, and also at age 12/13 he and Qiu have a fight, like, an actual fight with fists and the whole shabang. kojo is one of the ppl qiu pushes away and ko cant understand why (jealousy) and tries to ask the other but they just end up fighting and kojo gives qiu a LIGHT concussion and qiu gives ko a broken nose and the scar on his lip.
during the time between step 2 and 3, things get a little more serious 😞😞 (sorry my son for the next things im abt to write) he’s still a loser, but the frauds (his classmates) can look to the side for like two seconds ‘cause kojo is on the school’s volleyball team! he’s their mvp and a striker + setter (kagehina lovechild), and usually the reason they win. he still gets bullied, but he’s pretty buff now and so only equally as strong ppl beat him up. erm, now the really not fun part (SORRY MY BBY IM SORRY 💔💔) kojo’s volleyball coach assistant is kinda really a weirdo 😐 she makes weird comments to him and such, and actually once tried to get him to do stuff he doesn’t want to, succeeded once w force 😐 (i think you can imagine what) mind you she’s a grown WOMAN; an ADULT. so yeah, also she actually stalked ko for a while before he told ppl and stuff 😞😞 (sorry my precious boy. not your fault your creator likes horror without the common horror elements (human behaviour.)
this didn’t really change his relationship with the women in his life whatsoever, he still loves them a lot. actually he finds a lot of comfort in them ❤️ kojo is a very lovely guy regardless and finds solace in his little qiuet times with tammy. (she was also the first person he told, along with his ma.)
for yu-ming… i havent really fleshed her out yet but i think i’d like for her to not have any TRAUMATIC events as big as kojo, but rather happy events that made her the cool, confident, charismatic, and loving girl she is today. she’s a loser lesbian for tammy, and likes to tinker and make stuff or yap about music facts surrounding cellists cuz tamarack plays one! she’s kind of like yuuji from jjk, or naruto from naruto! she’s a great cook and a pretty helpful person. she’s the type to help an old lady (dorothea) pass the street 💗💗

HAIKYUU ☺️‼️ i really love that anime, it gave me my interest in vball <3 but yeah ko went through a LOT (_ _ ) some more info abt the coach thing; he didn' tell qiu!
while their parents (mainly hong cuz i'd like to imagine opal, dorothea and him gossiping a lot) did know, qiu did NOT 💔 only like a month-ish after is when they found out, which is about a year before step 3. kojo and qiu have another fight, this time an actual argument #cheering #progress. It is set during a rainy evening, where qiu in the heat of the moment blurts out that they've loved kojo for a long time and that they are sorry for pushing ko away due to their own confusion and ugly feelings at the time. silence draws out between the two and a heartbeat later theyre kissing 🙏🙏🙏 kojo tells qiu they loved them from the moment they met, and then they talk and kiss some more.
at the beginning of step 3, kojo and qiu are now dating, and the bond between tammy and qiu is also good again. (if you didn't know, qiu and tamarack arent actually friends during step 2, but hang out together for the sake of the mc.)
Well, that escalated quickly. I was reading this and I was not mentally prepared when I read the word kissing. HAHA! XD

The big changing moment in Ians life is when she witnessed a gang shooting with her mother and then watched her mother get beaten and threatened to not talk "or else" they moved in short order after that. This caused her to have a bit of a twisted realization of "People are horrible and need to be forced to listen or behave or else there will be unquelled chaos everywhere". So she took it upon herself to enact this twisted sense of order in her everyday passings.
See that’s the opposite of how Kathryne was. She and her mother were held hostage and had a gun put to her head when she was 6. The police then took the shot and killed to gunman hold her. This scarred her and now she thinks everyone she doesn’t know is bad and is terrified of them.
Long story short, our mcs probably shouldn’t be left alone in the same room. Or maybe Ian would like KitKat because she’d be to scared to act out of line. :P
Definitely do not allow these 2 to stay in a room alone ever i forsee nothing but bad outcomes in every reality. XD

The biggest changes are Bacon’s leg isn’t shadowed to hell, fixed KitKat’s height and adjusted her booster seat to adequate levels, removed the ink splotches off of her clothes since she doesn’t wear her stained clothes to school, and the clock actually looks normal now.

Thanks, I just used what information I had from the game. The MC’s house has greyish blue walls and hardwood flooring, the grass in the outside scenes is a yellowish orange, the house has a white picket fence and that’s Tamaracks’s grey house in the back. Then I added the plant, clock, and painting to make the room less boring :P.

It’s breakfast time in the Widoghest household! Oh yeah, in my head canon, Bacon is Kathryne’s adopted sibling. Surprise! And yes, that entire stack of pancakes Opal is holding is for Bacon.
This was the first time in years that I tried to do a side profile and it felt like I forgot how to draw for the first two and a half hours. [; _ ;]
There are so many mistakes in this. The most obvious one is an ink smear on Bacon’s leg I had to cover up by making it just be shadowed. I also nearly ruined the whole thing like 3 times. Thankfully I was able to save it cuz my computer is still on the fritz and I do not want to redo the entire thing.

Thank you! You have no idea how much that means, I was never good at drawing characters from the side so I was so nervous to post this. I’m honestly not fully pleased with it, like I said, lots of mistakes and things I wish I did different. Once my computer decides to stop being on strike, I’m going to redo it digitally because it’s easier to edit.
Practice makes perfect and that is absolutely Within your grasp in this case , i will look forward for the digital remake

Mainly because my computer is on strike and it won’t let me use my drawing tablet. Also, I colored it because I can use a printer to scan the page and copy the colors I used when I draw in my drawing software later.
Also if you’re asking what I used to color it, I use some alcohol markers I got for Christmas one year. I love them because they don’t tear up the paper like water based markers <3

I feel bad about double posting here but I just wanted to share with you one of the downsides of working with dip pens and ink vials.
I’m currently remaking an old sketch of Kathryne and Bacon from like 3 years ago. Unfortunately while I was inking the lines just now, my dog bumped my elbow and I knocked over my ink vial and smeared black ink along one of Bacon’s legs. So I just finished cleaning up the spill on my desk. Fun times!

At first glance he is pretty close off and kinda a bitch. Though when you get to know him and break through his shell he is a kind-hearted guy who simply just is lonely and doesn't like to talk about his issues. He still is a bitch, though 🫶🏻. He also has issues dealing with his sexuality. Overall he is a pretty chill guy to be around(◍•ᴗ•◍)
that’s similar to Kathryne tbh. She has xenophobia, the fear of strangers (kinda) and so she won’t even speak if she’s around people she doesn’t know. But once you get to know her, she’ll gradually warm up. I feel like Bacon would get on his nerves since Bacon wants to be friends with everyone and is literally too dumb to take a hint.

Just finished my drawing of Kathryne. I'm gonna take a break before I draw my other MC.
It’s been a couple years since I drew last so this is not that good but hey, I tried.
So here is the Step 1 version of Ms. Kathryne "KitKat" Widoghest! She is scared, shy, can barely speak English, and definitely doesn't want to be here.
I listed her character traits on the side and you may notice that she's kinda messed up. That's because she reflects most of the negative emotions I felt when I had to move nearly 700 miles away when I was 6 year old. My other MC is her polar opposite and embodies most of the positive emotions I had.

My OC Runie lived in the Philippines when he was a baby but moved to America when he was 2 years old. (I dont know if fictional cities count but i’ll write it anyways TwT)
When he turned 4 he moved to Lumiere City which was a very bad time for him, save for his friend group which helped keep him sane after being bullied for his strength and non traditionally boy like appearance.
6 years later he moved to Golden Grove!! Where he meets his best friends and where he can learn to grow his confidence back again :3

That's the same way it was for Kathryne. Not only did she experience the culture shock, but she doesn't know much English which doesn't help.
sameee, Maeve knew a little bit of English but most of the time she was confused on what was going on. Haruki could speak english pretty well so culture shock was the big thing that hit him

yu-ming is from qingdao, china! she actually moved to baker city, oregon at 6 (oregon is where, canonically, golden grove is set) before moving to where golden grove is in oregon !! she learned english beforehand and actually being in the us helped her english develop a little more !! she still has a bit of an accent on certain words and speaks mandarin at home and chinglish when lazy.
im currently redesigning my mc kojo, who is ghanaian and korean. i originally intended him to be from london, but changed all of that 💔 he's now from melbourne, australia! he moved to compton, california at 7 years old and learned spanish from the old lady next door !! he speaks korean at home, as his ma is korean. in my lore, her english name is opal, and her korean name is ju-hyeon. she moved to australia when she was 20 or something, before having kojo at 25.
kojo is now also greek, cuz im really into percy jackson atm. i imagine his dad being ghanaian and greek. kojo can speak a lot of languages 😼 (twi (spoken in ghana), korean, chinese (he learned it for qiu only to found out that kid can barely speak or read/write it), german for tammy, greek and ancient greek cuz he's a nerd, mexican spanish from the lady next door, and some more i have yet to think of 💔💔)
That is one impressive kid. And oh boy would I love to see the chaos of his family tree having such a varied heritage.

Vale was born in Kentucky and lived in a rural town but his mom is a Kurdish immigrant (which caused him to have a goofy ass accent) then he moved to golden grove and is trying to get used to actually believing the weather channel (Kentucky's weather is so ass and the weather channel/apps can never properly forecast it, i do not recommend going to Kentucky ever)
I know right? Tennessee weather is just as bad, minus the abnormally cold rain. I also love how many of us are giving their MCs weird accents. It reminds me of something from when I was younger. My mother once told me a story about a guy she knew in college who was from China and learned to speak English in Appalachia. He ended up speaking with a Chinese-Appalachian accent.
Since Alios is my persona, I'm often use them as the mc for most games I played. So, I'm just curious. If your mcs/ocs become an mc in RPG/Roguelike games (not isekai, not entirely a player), which class and which weapons will they use? How will they treat the NPCS?
Me first :) Alios would be either an Archer, using bow + dagger or Rogue, using dagger solely. Sometimes I chose swords for them, too. They treat others like how they do in our life (Polite, indifferent, somewhat distant)
Also... which one do you think will be Qiu and Tama's class?
imo i think mari would be a sorcerer but keeps a dagger/bat on her just in case.. she would have been a warlock but she couldnt convince some higher power if she tried :') and for uhhh kel id say bard, and he'd bring a make shift piano-guitar with him everywhere (though he MIGHT bring a bow n arrow as a weapon)
for tam i think she'd be a bard aswell (because shes literally in the school band) and i dont think she'd bring any weapons with her, shed probably have a guard dog of something (a chihuahua to be exact :D)
and for qiu imma say paladin. Now hear me out THEYRE ALWAYS THOUGHTFUL OF EVERYONE AND STAY TRUE TO THEIR WORDS(ish) or perhaps theyd be a warlock i dunno :( as for weapons maybe a sword?

Katheryne would be a cleric, she’s very gentle, dislikes conflict, and hates seeing people hurt.
For weapons, she would have a mace and a shield because while generally passive, when pushed to the breaking point she snaps and becomes very scary.
My other OC Bacon would definitely be a barbarian. They’re very strong, stubborn, have anger issues, and aren’t too bright. For a weapon they’d either wield a claymore or a two handed great axe.
We could probably form one or two adventure teams now that we have Clerics, Barbarian, Tankers, Archers, Mages, Sorcerers and Bards XD Although there is some missing role 🤔

A scythe is really cool as a weapon heh. Although most can't master it, I swear I can't even imagine myself holding it without getting awkward lol
Runie would be a Warrior!! He’s skilled in many weapons as to surprise his enemies and is also skilled in defense!
His main weapons would be: an axe, halberd, kusarigama, mace, dual swords and a shield
It helps that with his strength he can protect his allies and carry them to safety or tank some hits for them. He could be classified as warrior/tank but ill stick to one role for now :)

Occasionally she’d help if they’re in mortal danger but other than that prob not. She’ll treat npcs kindly if they’re approach her, but she will NOT approach them bc like in real life she’s terrible at starting social interaction.
Haruki would be like a rouge with like butterfly knives as his weapon. He’d be stealthy and probs only in it for the money, so maybe a rouge assassin or bounty hunter?? Or maybe a ranger, then he’d use a bow aswell with the butterfly knives and he’ll still be in it for the money, sometimes maybe he’ll do it out of the goodness in his heart if we’re talking about older Haruki tho. either way he’d prob eventually develop a savior complex but he’s still nice so he’ll treat npcs as actual charachters and invite them on their missions, but he’ll still think he’s better than them and has to earn his respect
tam would def be a bard, and for Qiu im thinking a ranger or paladin, idk why

honestly, i think Kojo would be either a rogue or a wizard. either way, his weapon would be a scythe. (either a dual weapon set if you imagine the scythes used for harvest, or a big cool scythe if you imagine the ones like maka’s from soul eater and he has kunai knives and a wakazashi type blade for stealthy, quick operations. he is good with any polearm but prefers his lovely scythe.) he’d probably be a yuan-ti, an elf or maybe a half human half tiefling? his main attributes would be intelligence and stealth, while his flaws would be charisma (he’s not really good at convos and prefers to work alone at first, but when meeting qiu and tamarack, or some of you guys’ mcs he’ll warm up a little.)
my other, newer mc, yu-ming, who is my mc to romance tamarack; she’d be a fairy or a satyr. she’d be a druid or a bard, and her main weapon would be dual daggers or a bow and arrow. she’s very connected with nature and a kind girl!!
for qiu… i’d imagine them as a tiefling cuz that design reminds me of those dragons in chinese mythology/folklore 😸 (and also ao bing from nezha (cant wait for nezha 2 to be out in my country 🫶🏽), or a changeling cuz it lowk makes sense in my brain 🤓🤓 i think qiu would either be a charismatic bard or a charismatic sorcerer cuz mage qiu 😚😚
for tammy?? i think she’d be a satyr or an eladrin 💗 she’d be a bard or a cleric, either way i think she’d be a healer !! she’d carry a bow and arrow just in case but she mainly heals so she barely uses it 💔💔

Maeve tends to whistle randomly whenever it’s quiet, and tries to copy bird sounds she hear, (that’s why she chose her stage name to be songbird), Haruki quirk is he brushes his hair like 100 times a day and can’t function unless his hair is properly brushed, and tends to mess with his hair when he’s bored, he also likes to do other peoples hair so sometimes he’ll just mess with their hair when he’s bored (I plan on him either being a hair stylist or a streamer)

Kathryne always has random ink spots of all colors on her hands or face. She’s into calligraphy and is pretty darn good at it. But is a huge klutz, and as such, she always finds a way to get the ink on herself.
My lad she is a Master Artist, if i see someone with a random ink or paint spot in their body the first thought that will pop in my head is that
I’m actually working on a sketch of her. I only just started it before work today so who knows when I’ll finish.
However I also made another OC on my first playthrough named Bacon. They’re always, and I mean ALWAYS hungry and have a seemingly endless supply food in their bag. They replenish their snack stock everyday and no one knows where it comes from, not even their mom. It’s no wonder why Qiu thinks they’re a sorcerer.

Vale's quirks are 1. collecting coin but specifically old coin he has a coin from 1944 and a canadian coin from 1983 also a bunch of turkish coins from the 60's
2. collecting soda tabs and turning them to necklaces and pant chains
3. he has a goofy ass accent its a kurdish-southern-oxford-country accent because if i have to deal with my goofy kurdish-southern-oxford-country accent than so does he (he also cannot pronouce the th sound even is his life depended on it)

One of mari’s quirks is that when she s bored she’ll draw on anything, she won’t hesitate to draw on the table, or chair, or the wall (if it wasn’t for the vandalism charges 😞)
I’m not sure about kel since I’ve focused more on Mari recently but I’d say something like constantly checking on everyone’s social status in his diary (he’s insecure about being popular and is also a perfectionist but in the gifted kid kind where that all falls apart after 7th grade :’<)

Thanks to the developers for listening to me before about the possibility of choosing hair for characters. I'm glad that they didn't take my decision kindly and not angry like some people. Especially the new update, it was good and okay, but I was facing problems in the game, like every time I exit the game for a little while or take a screenshot of the game, suddenly the game gets a frame drop, and the screen gets smaller most of the time and characters are cut off and the writing becomes funny sometimes and sometimes strange and sometimes scary. So I hope to fix these mistakes.
My overall rating for the game: 10/5 It has become good despite the high school stage that has not been reached yet, I am happy that they made us get to know more characters.
But I noticed that there is one chapter that was deleted before I reached the teenage stage, specifically 3 pictures before moving on to the next chapter. I do not see anything wrong with 2 pictures.

So recently i remembered a Little story, when i was err about 9 years old i went into An amusement park with my family and by complete coincidence there was this snack company (Their name was prince or something similar) that arranged a drawing competition where the one that Writes a Resume and has the best drawing of one of the mascots would get a prize, and obviously i wanted to Participate in the competition .after minutes of doodling around, i gave my paper in , then i waited in anticipation , then the victor was announced, i wasn't sure how but i somehow won , that day i was given a cape and they did a Little crowning ceremony for the fun if it (i thought it was a pretty big deal for me Back then) and until this very day the cape still exists
The point is i am giving one of my ocs that same feeling i had that day

Damian is selectively mute but his voice is as smooth and sweet as honey. He has a gentle and caring personality and even though he has trouble expressing his voice he’s very expressive with his emotions!
