Using android 11, I installed the latest update (step 4) and the game keeps crashing on the character page. I tried to reinstall it but it still crashes. So for now I just reinstalled the previous version (which works well). Hope you can fix this. I'm bummed I can't play the game on my phone. I'll just go ahead and install it on my pc in the meantime.

UPDATE: If you installed the DLCs to your itch.io launcher thing then you have to update them and replace them in the new Our Life version's folder (1.4.0) because it doesn't come installed that way.
If you downloaded it all directly then just re-download the DLCs and re-apply them. Hope it helps!

Ughh this game was so amazing that I knew I had to buy the DLCs. The game is free with additional DLCs that are only 3.99 each. Which in my opinion is pretty cheap. You don't have to buy them though because without them the game is still amazing. Its so great with the pronouns and the ending was so sweet. Waiting a long time for step 4 to be released was painful but it was all worth it. I mean being married to Cove and picking his ring was so adorable. It was a bittersweet moment when I saw the end credit but good things must come to an end right? I can't wait for GB Patches Our Life: Now and Forever to be released. I know that I will enjoy it as much as this game, this game was truly something wonderful that will always make me smile.
I can't seem to get the app to work on my phone. I have a android, I have allowed it in my settings to download outside of the app store, have enough space. I can download the file fine but then my phone won't allow me to open it at all.
I'm trying to install the voiced android version and have deleted the old base version but it keeps saying app not installed. At first I thought it was not having storage so I cleared that up, but it's still saying app not installed. Should I delete the DLCs too and re-download those as well?
Thank you! It was that plus I still didn't have enough storage! I'm downloading the new version of step 3 DLC now since I was able to install the new base and the other Step DLCs after deleting and redownloading!

I'm really sorry for that. It kind of depends on your device/history with the game. Sometimes files still work, sometimes they're too old or just incompatible for some reason to work with a newer version and you have to start a new game from the beginning.

Hello, I downloaded the game to my phone and when I installed it, it told me that it was not possible. I have activated to give permissions on my device to unknown apps so I don't know why it doesn't install me :( maybe it's because of my device model or some other error? I await your answer ^^
Do you have enough space on the phone? Sometimes the game can't be added because it won't fit. It's also possible your virus scanner has decided not to let the unknown file on, even if your normal phone settings allow it. So maybe check if you have a file scanner App and change its setting's too. I hope that helps!
I have 2.01 gb available and I don't have a virus scanner or anything like that. I simply go to files I open the game file I put in install it loads me but then it appears that there was an error when installing, I have already done it with APK installers and still nothing :( what should I do? I really want to play the game 😭

did you extract it then copy the voice folder + the rpy & rpyc files and pasted them into the base game's game folder? the 3 files together should work if you try again! just replace the files if you've done it before.
AHHHH, this might be one of the best visual novels I've read in a long while! Cove and the others are such lovable characters and I teared up and got flustered way more than I can count lol, I'd love to buy all the DLCs soon when I have Paypal! Can't wait for Step 4!! o(≧▽≦)o

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I got the following bug while using the character creator:
IOError: Couldn't find file 'images/character_creation/Character Pieces/Hairbeaded/bangs 63 10.png'.
(I was using an old save, in case that's relevant.)

After downloading the new Step 4 the game is a bit slow, is this an after affect of the update or something to do with my device?

Yeah, you need to remove all the old versions of the game/DLC and download all the fresh files!

With the new patch I can't seem to lead my past saves anymore and when I make a new file and try to load them it sends me to the title page >.>
