Hi! I wanted to know if there was a way to play the dlc if i already bought it on steam? I can play it on my pc, of course, but I'd also adore to play it on the go on my phone. Is that feasible?
I'm afraid the game may not work on your device and so is considered bugged, or that because it's not from the Google Playstore the phone won't let it run. We'll see if there's a way to get around that, but I'm not sure if we can make the device accept the game.
It might be the former, but definitely not the latter since I downloaded the demo for Our Life: Now & Forever and a few other games. Thank you for the response ❤️
I've never played a game that was as light and beautiful as this one. It was a wonderful ride. The characters are really likeable and the most important thing - they have soul. Amazing how naturally they talk, behave, react. After 7 hours of playing, i kinda got addicted and couldn't stop playing because it made me engaged in the story. I normally don't write any comments but this time i had to. Thank you so much for giving me and other people opportunity to have they hearts melted and show the pleasing and (mostly) stress-free parts of life. i really needed it and I think that people who need to feel this warm feeling would like to try this game too.
there is a problem when I play it (I play on android), I haven't even read the story at all, every time I press any button in the menu, the game just closes, I don't know if there is a problem with the game or my phone has a problem, or maybe it's because my phone doesn't support the game? I'm not sure I'm really curious about the content of the game because people say it's amazing, so I want to try it too, does someone have a solution for this kind of problem? It does sound like the game is struggling to run. It's possible a virus scanner is closing the game because it seems untrustworthy or it might not work on your device. I'm sorry.
I loved this game so much! I am overly tempted to get all them DLCs but I have already spent more than I should have on games and things this month.. maybe when I get some more money and there is a little more wiggle room to work with.. either way I loved everything. One thing I'm very interested in is Derek. Everything about him. He is awesome. Although I cannot lie I did get an overwhelming amount of 'the butterflies' during this.. I am so lonely, at least I have fictional characters to soothe my loneliness! (that was a joke. mostly.)
This is a amazing game in every way the story no matter what decision you make is amazing and the characters are all human and the Ost is perfection and the art stile is also one of the best I have seen I don't know how to say how good this game is just beyond perfect 11/10
Ive played this game many times on steam, and it quickly stole my heart after my first play through. I never grow bored of playing it over and over again. its so heartwarming and i love the inclusivity with being able to pick your pronouns, gender, and how you can present yourself. it truly is unlike any other dating sim ive ever played.
I love this game. I've spent over 100 hours constantly replaying the game 😅. I was wondering, since I already bought the Step 1-3 DCLs from steam, do I have to buy them again here on itch.io? I want to play this on my phone since it's more accessible.
The download generally starts automatically when the button is clicked, though does bring up a pop up with more suggestions. There could be a connection issue. Or, are you on the Itch.io app? Sometimes that has more problems than the direct webpage.
If you have a pop-up blocker that might be stopping the download as well.
so after i installed the step 3 DLC, it is said that i have to download the main file again. i thought i have to uninstall the game before downloading it again, but now apparently my saves disappeared and the DLC is not yet installed (even tho it is before). is this supposed to happen??
If your main game build is too old, it might not work properly with the DLC. So, you'd need to download the newest version of the game then add the DLC to that build instead. If your DLC isn't showing as installed, it might be in the wrong place. If you post a screenshot of your folder I could check it out for you.

I'm sorry! If Itch doesn't accept GCash there's nothing we can do to change their policy. And Itch is the only place it's available for Android currently, so there isn't an alternative right now. Maybe we can find another host site someday, though.

I'm really sorry, the script is too long for a team of our size to have translated into other languages. We wouldn't be able to pay a fair rate and couldn't have someone do it for little to nothing. So, it's not an option we can consider right now.

I just bought the wedding dlc and redownloaded the game after uninstalling the game many months ago, but all my save data seems to have disappeared. Is there a reason this could have happened, and is it possible to recover my data? I really wanted to do the dlc with my previous save file :(
If the saves were extremely old it's possible they were no longer compatible with the latest update. I'm really sorry. That rarely happens, but unless something happened with your computer's data that's my only guess.
I LOVED this game! I will always be attracted to games that allow character customization. The characters were good too - Cove and his parents were my favorites. I definitely enjoyed going the slow burn route with Cove, and getting together with him at the end!
I want to give special attention to the artwork, which is amazing. The facial expressions, the special screenshots, all great. I definitely recommend this game.

Whenever I open it and try to tap anything in the starting screen(like new file, continue, gallery) the game just crashes. I've tried reinstalling a couple of times alr. Please help TT
You might need more memory to properly run the game on your device or a virus scanner/your general settings might be closing the program out because it wasn't downloaded from the Google Playstore and that can seem suspicious to a phone. The phone might not have enough ram to run it as well. You could try going to the settings and turning off the animations to make it easier to run, if you can reach the settings page. I hope you're able to get it to run!
It says there's no place to save. I'm afraid I can't be certain why. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if something went wrong with the build installing, or clear up some more memory on your device to give the game more room to work.
I was able to play the android APK now! It worked on a phone I recently just got, Samsung A13. This game is really cute, I'm glad I was able to play it ❤️
It might've been removed by a virus scanner because sometimes the engine we use is incorrectly flagged as dangerous. You can simply download it again from this page. The build being deleted won't erase save files, those are kept in a separate location on your device.

It's been a month since I started playing this game and I just love it ! Everytime I play, I get lost in the beauty of the game and its story. Clearly, I completly fell in love with Cove, but also with all the other characters (my favorites being Elizabeth, Kyra and Terry, they're lovely !). Throughout the game, I always felt how much I was implicated, I just couldn't stop ! And my favorite thing is the love put into it, when characters remember you something that happenned before, when you have choices about something useless, but it makes you understand all the respect there is for how you feel and makes you feel good.
Puting it simply, this game is just joy and love, so thanks to the developpers and all the people who participated for creating it !

Made an account just to comment. I can confidently say that my life is divided into my life before Cove and after Cove Holden. I am obsessed with this game. The story, the characters, everything is amazing. I played this and bought the DLCs almost a year ago and up to this day I still enjoy replaying it over and over. Even until now I still find dialogue I have not yet seen and that's just incredible, just goes to show how much love went into this game. I am absolutely obsessed over Our Life:B&A and will never stop playing. Playing through it, living life with Cove through the game, it's such a fantastical experience.
Absolutely obsessed with this game and it's characters. I literally played it for 24+ hours straight! (I'm going straight to bed lol) I remember playing the demo so long ago, and I had to buy the DLC content! It was so worth it, I'm so infatuated with the characters, and Cove <33

As far as i know, steam and itch.io are not compatible so if you want to play the DLCs on the phone, you need to purchase the DLC from itch

OL1 might be on an older version of the engine than OL2 right now. Maybe future updates will fix it.

You're supposed to extract the game from zip file. Once you extracted the folder, look for the application files named either Our Life or Our Life-32.
You may run into a "Do you want to run this program window?". Look for the "More Info" button to access the "Run anyway" button.
Then you wait for it to load and you should be able to see the main menu.
Let me know if this works for you. Because i've played the game with a Windows11 laptop and those instructions may not work for you.
