so ive played the demo over and over again this game is genuinely so amazing. from the story to the characters and the art everything about this game is done so well and only the demos out which means it'll just keep getting better and better once the full game is out. it's obvious that you all are putting so much effort into this game and i can tell you it'll all be worth it in the end. this game is not like any other and it's just so so creative. i can't wait until the full game is out!! i will support the game and developers as much as i can <3

The game will be free-to-play! But we will be putting out various DLCs with extra content. Each DLC will be about 4USD, some a little less, some a little more. When it first comes out there will likely be three DLCs available at around the 4USD price (so it'd be around 12USD to get them all), and then over time even more will become available for purchase.

I'm sorry you had trouble! We'll send that to our main programmer. Can you tell us what system you're on, if you've played an old version of the demo in the past (the info from that old version might've carried over), and if you hit a particular key/shortcut on the keyboard before this happened? For right now it sounds like something tried to make the game do a thing it can't do, but I'm not sure what might've made it try to do that thing it can't do.
Well, the system I'm on is the window, and I played an old version of this before the screen froze, and I also don't think I hit any buttons before it started freezing the game.
The programmer went over it and said the issue is that something prevented the game from making the cache (saved info/images) it needed to continue. You can try a few things to fix that:
-Delete the build and try downloading/extracting it fresh to see if something when wrong when getting the files
-Clear extra memory space on your computer (if space is tight and your computer)
-Run fewer things while playing the game (if you play games with other things open)
-See if your computer needs updates
-Try to see if it works when played on a different computer, if possible
Hopefully things are able to get sorted and it starts working on your system! Let us know how it goes and if you're still struggling.
So I remembered this game but had uninstalled the demo off my Android sometime ago after seeing a post about it on r/otomegames (I kept it on my phone for months until I needed to make space lol). I really enjoyed the demo, but I forgot the game's name so I looked around trying to find it and replay it haha. I am pleasantly surprised with the new additions to the demo since I last played it and I'm glad you guys are still working on this project! I have had no blips or errors while playing through the demo this time and I'm glad for it! The demo was so addicting too, I played it late at night even though I had work in the morning lol. I'm looking forward to its release! I still love the graphics and the addition of partial voice acting and more dialogue options are nice too. I love the versatility of the dialogue and how choices can affect Cove. So interesting, I can't wait to play this over and over! :)

Honestly one of the best game I played yet! You have a lot of choices that shapes your character and Cove's one wich makes it more realistic, like a feeling that you are in their world, looking forward to playing the full game, when will it air? :) once again Bravo! it's amazing!

I genuinely enjoyed the demo! The story, art, and characters are amazing ! It is very well written and the characters feel real. Also, not only the character design but the backgrounds are very well done. It is a type of game that I had not played before and I really enjoyed it. The fact that Cove's personality changes according to the decisions I make was truly interesting and I really liked it. I must add that I have always liked that the games let me customize my character, and above all choose my pronouns. I played the demo several times to see what could go out and I found it quite interesting.I'm looking forward to buying the dlcs when it comes out on Steam! Good job ╰(*´︶`*)╯

I am just at lost for words, the art, and the current storyline is just amazing I'm always looking for interesting storylines and character backgrounds ect, but this is just beyond my expectations the game isn't even out yet and I'm already loving it I've already re-played the game twice always picking new decision. I also love the fact that one point of age you could be a girl and the next a boy (Vice versa) and you don't see that often. I do hope that when the game is fully released you guys get a major high ranking because this game is beyond expectations if I had to pay for it I definitely would

And the customization availiable for both your MC and the relationship they have with Coven are such a great added value. I am simply in love with this game. And the art style, phew! Simply stunning! I've never been more excited about a visual novel release in my entire life. Seriously I love the concept of this game and I'm so excited to see what the final product is going to look like. I loved everything about the demo and I eagerly await this summer!
I downloaded the Android version. It's super cute so far. But I'm having the hardest time with the character creation screen. The arrows are so tiny I can't click on anything. And my phone screen (Galaxy Note 9) is on the bigger side.
Thank you for playing! I'm glad you think it's cute. Right now all versions of the demo are exactly the same because the game is incomplete. The finished project will have special alterations for each of the builds to make sure they're as compatible as possible with the different systems people will be playing the game on (i.e. the Android version will get screens that are arranged with extra large buttons and fewer things in the way). We'll also be releasing a demo update to add an entirely new character creation screen system that has somewhat larger buttons by default in a month or two. So it's definitely only a temporary thing, but I'm sorry it's been troublesome.

Hey, I'm really sorry you're having trouble. I would recommend deleting it then re-downloading if no error code is happening and the game just isn't responding. Sometimes things go wrong when downloading/extracting and doing it all fresh could fix it up.
Also, if you have a lot of other things going on in the background when booting the game up for the first time, maybe close them so your computer can focus more on getting the demo running.
Hopefully that works out! Just let us know if you're still having issues.
this game made me so emotional. cove is adorable and i want to protect him at all costs. the music, the writing, the beautiful art, the insane customization...i have never been so excited for a game to come out! i can't wait until the full game comes out in the summer!
I played the demo for this game a month ago, and once I saw the update I immediately launched it once more! Speaking of the update, the amount of details that have been added in this short time frame really gave me the chills! The visuals are amazing, and I appreciate the customizable characters and the character sprites.
I just wanted to say that this game is an absolute joy to play, and it really tugs at my heartstrings. The fact that I get to develop a relationship with someone starting from childhood really sets in the realism, and I appreciate that we as players get to decide what type of romance we'd like!
Cove is such a sweetheart, and his design is amazing. I like that we as players have a role in his development but not too much in that it's obvious how he'll turn out. The fact that I can't force him to become someone also helps with the realism aspect.
All in all, I appreciate the hard work that's being put into this and from what we have so far I think it's going to go far! I am absolutely looking forward to the completion of this game, and you bet I'll always be replaying this game every time an update is added!

I'm sorry you had an issue! That happens if you load a save from a much older build of the demo and try to play the save file with all the new content of the current demo. It's not defined in the older save file, so the game can't properly access the new content. If you start a fresh file those errors won't cause you any more problems!
Idk where to start, this the MOST INCREDIBLE GAME✨ i had ever play, i can't believe this is only the demo and i really love it, i can't wait for next year, i will pay anything to get this incredible game, it's so unique and special i mean i never seen a game that make you get throught the steps of life, that there is no a bad ending (depends on what kind of relationship You want with Cove), i alredy played the demo like 10 times and don't get tired of it, i know i will ve obssesed with the full game

Aw, thank you very much <3! We're so glad you like OL. The game is gonna be free for everybody with optional paid DLCs. Each DLC will cost around $3-$4 USD. Initially only three DLCs will be available to buy and it'll cost around $9 USD to get all three. Though, more will be released over time. Once all the planned DLCs are out it'll cost about $20 USD to get all of them.
We'll do our best to make the game worth the wait and DLCs worth the money ^^
So my game keeps freezing for some reasons and I have to keep closing it and making make my character over and over again and also the fact that I can't even play it! I'm getting so frustrated right now, do you know how I can fix it???
I'm sorry you're having troubles! What build are you playing (Windows, Mac, Linux, or Android)? For now I can recommend going to the config page and turning Animations to Off so the game has fewer things to load. And, if need be, deleting the game off your device and re-downloading it to make sure nothing went wrong during the download/extraction process the first time around.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this demo was fantastic! I'm pretty picky when it comes to VNs, as I often find them to be unrealistic and a bit corny. This demo didn't feel forced or awkward at all! And the art is beautiful. If you're debating whether or not to try it out, I strongly urge you to download it! Devs, you did an amazing job and I look forward to the full game!

I'm sorry you had an issue! That happens if you load a save from a much older build of the demo and try to play the save file with all the new content of the current demo. It's not defined in the older save file, so the game can't properly access the new content. If you start a fresh file those errors won't cause you any more problems!
Idk where to start, this the MOST INCREDIBLE GAME✨ i had ever play, i can't believe this is only the demo and i really love it, i can't wait for next year, i will pay anything to get this incredible game, it's so unique and special i mean i never seen a game that make you get throught the steps of life, that there is no a bad ending (depends on what kind of relationship You want with Cove), i alredy played the demo like 10 times and don't get tired of it, i know i will ve obssesed with the full game
I'm really in love with Cove and all his reactions, honestly all of the aspects of the game are unique, special and beautiful ♥️

Aw, thank you very much <3! We're so glad you like OL. The game is gonna be free for everybody with optional paid DLCs. Each DLC will cost around $3-$4 USD. Initially only three DLCs will be available to buy and it'll cost around $9 USD to get all three. Though, more will be released over time. Once all the planned DLCs are out it'll cost about $20 USD to get all of them.
We'll do our best to make the game worth the wait and DLCs worth the money ^^
So my game keeps freezing for some reasons and I have to keep closing it and making make my character over and over again and also the fact that I can't even play it! I'm getting so frustrated right now, do you know how I can fix it???
I'm sorry you're having troubles! What build are you playing (Windows, Mac, Linux, or Android)? For now I can recommend going to the config page and turning Animations to Off so the game has fewer things to load. And, if need be, deleting the game off your device and re-downloading it to make sure nothing went wrong during the download/extraction process the first time around.

Just played through the demo and this game is adorable! Cove is really likable and the variety you have in your interactions with the other characters is a real breath of fresh air compared to other like visual novels! I'm really excited to see what'll happen with this game in the future!

I actually just created an account for this, but I needed to say it. THIS GAME IS AMAZING
The art is precious (so is Cove), there are a lot of options in the story and the most important, it flows naturally, almost like if I was there.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this demo was fantastic! I'm pretty picky when it comes to VNs, as I often find them to be unrealistic and a bit corny. This demo didn't feel forced or awkward at all! And the art is beautiful. If you're debating whether or not to try it out, I strongly urge you to download it! Devs, you did an amazing job and I look forward to the full game!
