haha! I was here early so as a result I got the demo version. I was trying to get all the endings but that flopped, obviously. I came back and now it's back up! I've been playing for a while hitting up all the endings (メ▼ー▼)/●~* I'm really glad I came back to check. I love your content!!
Wow, this was so much fun! It was a perfect mixture of cute, horrible and funny all at once! The comedy especially had me wheezing with laughter a bunch of times.
I particularly love the mechanic that allows you to leave the guy you chose if you want to. It is so refreshing, especially considering how... difficult(?) some of the guys are. And even though they are intentionally absurd and insane, I felt they were more genuine than many of the yandere I've seen in other games, especially in the Otome genre.
I had just finished playing the original XOXO Droplets, and it was really nice seeing all the little references. My favorite guys from both games are Everett and Nate, haha, but all of them are great. I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the commercial version! :-)

I might've been a bit critical about the music, but to be honest that's the only real critique I have for this game... that, & there were some instances of grammatical errors, but really what visual novel doesn't have that happen?
It's cute, mysterious, funny, and weird all wrapped up in a convenient/easy to play point-and-click visual novel format!~ <3

I love this about as much as the non-spin off version. The art style is adorable, the writing is witty, and (my favorite part) The soundtrack! So I have to ask, did you guys make the soundtrack? and if so, will you ever have a downloadable or pay for version of it?

It'll be some time after October, though. Right now there's a way to get the XOD soundtrack for free. It doesn't have the extra spooky tracks, but does have additional seasonal tracks that aren't in XOBD.

I'm sorry. That's a weird thing that happens with Itch.io sometimes. Unfortunately there's no other way to download the demo right now. I can suggest; resetting your interest connection, using a different browser to download it, waiting until tomorrow, and/or installing the Itch.io App and downloading the demo through there (https://itch.io/app). I hope one of those works for you!
I've always loved the original XOXO Droplets I loved the characters, the humor, the art. And I just can't wait to see how this turns out, cause this has a lot of potential to be really great. I really can't wait to see how their original personalities can be warped in a creepy way. I have a couple of questions though:
1.) Do you know when the game is coming out
2.) Is the art style gonna be updated to look like the original game? Not that I mind, the chibi character designs really add to the cutesy-creepy type of vibe.

I used to play this game, but had too delete it for space. It's been a ffew months, and I decided to re-download it. How could I not? It's so cute and fun. My favorite is Jeremy. He's so cute and relatable.

I'm really curious how the MC's decreasing affection would come into play in the future too! I feel like she might eventually get tired of dealing with a boyfriend the same way she might deal with a bomb lol.

I still love this game but, I feel like I should of been keeping up with it because after re-playing it, I couldn't for the love of me find prolougue endings #6 or #7 on top of this, I don't know anything about the storylines's #7 and #11 (since they, unlike the others, that have "#1 Coming Soon") have options but luckily, I'll be restarting the entire game (deleting save points, virtually erasing my memory, etc.) as soon as the new update comes out, sending positivity❤!

Haha, yeah, the new demo can cause some confusion if you played the original one. Starting a new file will probably help some! As a hint, Prologue Ending 6 happens without any of the main boy, so perhaps try not going along with them. Ending 7 is actually a mistake, aha. I didn't know there was a Prologue Ending 7 listed, but it shouldn't be there. I'm sorry about the confusion for that.

This game isn't my cup of tea, but I do like it. For me, I'm more focused and used to games that have cheesy, witty, romances (like the original XOXO droplets game for example). Although this game isn't one of my favorites, I do like it and wish you best of luck on it!

The original XOXO Droplets was a game no one asked for and to this day receives a lot of resistance. But we made it anyways and were lucky enough to find people who gave it a try and enjoyed it. After developing an audience who hoped for a real sequel, we instead came out with this: yet another game no one was asking for, including our own fans. We just do whatever we like here, haha.
It's alright! XOBD isn't exactly a timeless story. If you don't know our company it's understandable that it might seem like it must exist for a specific niche. But, in the end, it's for our personal amusement in a way that's meant to not follow through with the hopes of people who follow us. Not only is it a wide margin off from what people had been looking for from this series, we released another game called Lake of Voices which a horror-tragedy where every death is miserable/heartbreaking. A lot of fans of that were asking for a new horror game from us, while others were waiting for that original XOXO Droplets sequel. And XOXO Blood Droplets is what happened; a game where everyone's favorite XOD characters are insane and where dying is entertainment instead of emotional. Tonal whiplash and the unexpected is what we're about, haha. Thanks again for playing the demo. Not everyone is into the same stuff, but we wouldn't get anywhere without people at least giving our games a try. Perhaps Lake of Voices would be more enjoyable for you. The artstyle is much more detailed and the characters are far more down-to-earth.
Dumb question on the Kickstarter, if you do the $20 pledge, it says Est delivery Oct next year, but would that include the Steam key for XOXO extended, or do people get that part earlier? (Trying to decide if I am patient enough if it is later or just buy the XOXO Extended now, or if it's an earlier/easier to wait for thing, basically. xD)

I thought this was a cute game. I loved a lot of the remarks MC made. The comedy was really witty in this visual novel. Now i'm going to have to play the original droplets to see what's in store with that!
When the game's story and dialogue started, I WAS IN LOVE!!! I love how the original game ties into this one! Like, you wouldn't get confused when references come up because it doesn't seem like they were just thrown in there with no background. The prologue, guide, and how the characters are presented give a great general idea of their personality/reputation. The story line is amazing and the endings/results had me shook. The cutsie art style of the game is perfect and well done! I can tell this game has potential and I WILL DEFINITELY buy it when it's done! PLEASE keep working on this game!!! :D
